Room not clean and not ready at the prescribed 3 pm check in. Other guests and I were underwhelmed to put it mildly.Will just mark this on my never going to try this one again

This inn is horrible. The chech-in was terrible. I had to pay for the 1st night again. My family and I had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the room. The only light in the bathroom didn't have a cover on it. The room smelled like smoke. There wasn't a fitted sheet on the bed. One of the sheets had stains on it. The buildings need to be condemned. There was mold/mildew on the ceiling. It was a disgusting experience.
