Perfect in town location

The condo had everything we needed for a cozy and comfortable stay. Within walking distance of everything downtown and because we were staying over the weekend parking was a breeze. The location is quiet and everyone we met along the riverfront was super friendly. Will definitely stay at this location again.

We loved this property! Perfect location and it was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. We had our pup so it was super convenient to step outside and let him out and walk to paved walking path. Steps away from restaurants. We would definitely stay here again when we are back in Lynchburg.

Location Convenience Location!

This was a great place to stay while we were in town to visit Liberty University. The location was short walk to great restaurants & historic sites downtown. The direct access outside was super convenient for our pup as well. The communication was excellent. The parking spot is a block away uphill but we were able to load and unload right near door. Would definitely stay here again!

Weekend getaway

We absolutely loved our stay!!! Great location in downtown Lynchburg. Just so close to anything and everything. The place was perfect…the dog loves it as it is so convenient for long walks and our kiddo who attends college near by was able to hang out with us downtown. It was so nice after being out all day to come back to a comfortable, clean place where we could have dinner in and relax. We have stayed a couple of times because the place is perfect for us :)

We had a wonderful stay!! The location in downtown Lynchburg was perfect. The unit was clean. The only minor complaint was that the parking spot for the unit was not directly in front of the building but it was only a short walk to get to it. Thank you!

This property and the owners are amazing. The VRBO is always clean and spotless. They are amazing communicators and make the entire process simple. I've shared a review about the bathroom. This time I'm going to tell you about the bedroom. Its good size. Clean sheets, great blankets (there are extra ones if needed) and tons of pillows. It has a TV and a large closet. It also has a cool barndoor for privacy. On a scale of 1 to 10; its easily a 9.5

First time in Lynchburg

My oldest daughter is now a freshman at Liberty University. I needed a place to stay as she was miving in. This unit was PERFECT. Its clean, modern and right in the middle of everything. I could easy walk to restaurants and it provided me a chance to begin to learn the downtown area. The owners were friendly and available. They communicated clearly and ensured my trip would be successful. I'll be coming to Lynchburg a great deal these next 4 to 5 years and i hope I can ALWAYS stay in this unit.

The property was exactly as shown on VRBO. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The owners do need to upgrade the drapes in the living area. The street light shines brightly into the unit. Lined drapes or blackout shades would help. Also the parking space is on a street over from the unit. That was an inconvenience.

Another night in paradise

This is my second stay at this VRBO and again I was very pleased. The owners are great communicators and make the entire check in process simple and easy. The unit is clean and well kept. Today I want to focus on the bathroom: Its large and so is the shower. Water pressure is very good. The owners leave out a basket of "emergency" bathroom supplies. Items likes: razor blades, tooth brushes, tooth paste. All items are new and still in their original packaging. I will be staying here again in November and next time I'll provide details on the bedroom.

Nice finishes and room sizes. We were a little worried about the location but loved it...very quiet inside and enjoyed walking to shops and restaurants. The parking wasn't a problem but could be for people with mobility issues or in extreme weather. Hosts were extremely responsive and could not have been more pleasant.
