We loved our stay. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The solo stove outside was perfect and the grounds beautiful. We just had a quick stop heading from Texas to Tennessee but would have stayed here a week. It was peaceful and relaxing. Look forward to our next stay.

Wonderful, quiet stay off 40

A wonderful, comfortable stay off interstate 40. A nice respite after a long road trip. Our dog loved the fenced yard and the host Jasmine was a wonderful host. She had the place ready with lights on for our night arrival. Will definitely stay again when we are traveling through Tennessee.

Quiet and clean

Very clean, lovely little cottage in a quiet area. This is the perfect place for when I visit family in the area so I can bring my dog.

Great place to stay in Nashville area!

This property and the host deserve a 10! Jasmine makes check in very easy and has written instructions for everything in the house. The beds are comfortable and the location is in a quiet neighborhood but still fairly close to attractions in the Nashville area. This is my second time staying here and we have already booked it for a return in June.

Great Stay in Tennessee

This was a lovely house in Tennessee that was very clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and check-in was easy. We would be happy to stay here again next time we’re in Tennessee.

Nice, cozy cottage and centrally located in relation to the places we wanted to go. It was just a quick weekend trip to stop in at the Banana Pudding Festival and shopping in Franklin.

Cute Little Cottage

The cottage was so clean and the technology made it easy to just sit back and relax and let google do all the work. It is close to my family and that made it so easy to go and visit and enjoy my hometown of Lyles, TN. Jasmine was an amazing host. I will definitely be staying again

This property was everything I was looking for-clean, quiet, and close to places I was visiting. The host was very accommodating, even turning on the lights inside when she knew I was arriving after dark. Everything inside was marked for easy use and the welcome book was very informative. Bed, linens, and towels were hotel quality. I’ve already booked for a return.

Gorgeous property!

The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs, and the place was super cozy and comfy! Loved the projector (and the signs/instructions for the remotes, I'm so bad with remote controls so it was super helpful lol)

Second visit, still great!

I booked this property on my way out on a roadtrip, and then booked it again for my trip back. Best place I stayed on my whole trip. If you are travelling with dogs who need a place to stretch their legs, this is the place!

Magnolia Cottage.

While on our way home from North Carolina to Texas we stayed at Magnolia Cottage. It was a very peaceful and relaxing place to get ready for another days travel. The ability to have Netflix to watch was an added benefit. We will definitely like to stay here when we are in this area.

Amazing little cottage

First impression was that it was such a quaint pretty little house with an amazing fenced in yard. there was a nice porch to sit on and bird watch, we saw a beautiful vibrant red Cardinal, and the very nice fire pit, we didn't get to use it due to rain. Inside the house was amazing, they thought of every amenity you would need. My son absolutely loved this house and was sad to leave. I very much enjoyed sleeping in the very comfortable bed. I recommend this for anyone looking to get away.

Everything You Need!

With a giant Magnolia tree out front, fenced in yard and well thought out amenities, you will certainly enjoy your stay here! Side porch, firepit and peace and quiet will certainly be appreciated! Clean and organized inside with smooth and simple check in! Wonderful place!
