"Amazing hotel, very badly let down by the staff. There is absolutely no attention to detail. They are all lovely but they tell you as little as possible unless you ask. No offer of ski lockers, ski passes, spa info etc. Dining room has amazing views but again no attention to detail. Eg.. ordered a dessert for sharing & it arrived with no plates, no cutlery. You have to ask for absolutely everything which I wouldn’t mind if I was in a low budget accommodation which this is not. I would stay again purely for the ski in ski out access and views. "

"A very interesting location. We didn’t stay in one of the old buildings instead a more modern old home. It was well appointed, spacious and comfortable! Very happy with our stay!"

"Dinner was great and people that worked in the restaurant were very helpful. Check in was fast and easy. The slide at the pool left me with painful bruises. We had booked horseback riding through the providerer recommended by the hotel. We received no confirmation email and no instructions of where to go. We went to the provider's stables which were 45 minutes away. Then, we find out we were supposed to go to the hotel and the riding will have to go on without us. Then we got a call telling us to go back to the stables. Then we get a text telling us to go to the hotel. We turned around several times. The hotel says the privider will have to reimburse us and the provider won't respond. "

"Be aware that sheets/towels and breakfast are extra...we didnt know that beforehand and ended up costing about $160 more for a family of four. The area is beautiful and very quiet. The cabin was clean and large, with a loft that slept four which my kids loved. The kitchen had all the necessary dishes and cookware. We had a very relaxing, pleasant stay. To get to the cabin, you need to drive through a gate (and need to pay about $5 using a credit card) and then find the main lodge. None of this was explained to us by Hotel.com so added some stress and confusion at the beginning."
