"My family and I rented the reunion house for a weekend so we could all spend time together with my Grandfather who has terminal cancer - the host and home exceeded all expectations! It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had plenty of outdoor activities for all ages (tennis, cornhole, pool, ping pong, life size chess, etc.) The host was responsive, kind, accommodating, and compassionate about our circumstances. I highly recommend to anyone looking to rent a space for a large group of people and hope to return in the future. "

"I cannot give Boorn Brook Farm enough stars! It is perfection! Jeff is incredibly gracious and made us feel so welcome. His love and appreciation for the property is contagious! The barn was so fun to explore. Every beam tells a story. The grounds are impeccably maintained. Beautifully mowed meadows with Mountain views in both directions. The woods leading to the rushing creek are straight out of a fairytale. Beams of sunlight shine through the trees onto the moss covered trails. You expect little fairy’s to go flying by! Our dog had the best time of her life…playing in the creek and chasing her ball in the spring fed pond. She safely ran all over the grounds. Our teen loved the backstop on the tennis court to practice his soccer shots. Jeff suggested we climb the hill next to the barn after dark to watch the stars and see the fireflies. We did and it was incredible! We also took the nearby hike to Lye Falls which was awesome. And played in the creek and pools at the foot of Benson Rd. The pup loved both of these adventures! The town of Manchester is darling. So pretty with so many shops and restaurants to choose from. And conveniently located just a few minutes from the farm. We had excellent meals at Pearls, The Copper Grouse and the Turkish restaurant whose name I can’t recall. This was our first time in Vermont and we totally nailed it! One of the most memorable short term rental experiences I’ve ever had! Thank you Jeff! "

"We had a wonderful long weekend at The Garden House! If was the perfect size for us, was wonderfully appointed and the incredible gardens and setting offered us that dreamy Vermont relaxation we were craving.The location was ideal: right next to our golf club, The Equinox, restaurants and shops. We hiked around Equinox and then did the Lye Brook Falls hike which was beautiful. In addition to that, we enjoyed the many farmer's markets and made wonderful meals with all the goods we collected there. We even saw the most beautiful bear cross through the meadow!We will definitely be returning for another stay!"
