Large, beautiful, simple farmhouse "Niwnice", built in 1890, renovated in 2012, surrounded by trees and meadows. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. Private: property 1 ha, park, large, well-kept garden, meadow, lawn for sunbathing 100 m2, pond. Terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: WiFi. Storeroom available. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 7 km, grocery 7 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 7 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station 7 km, public bathing area 7 km. Nearby attractions: Lwówek Śląski 9 km, Zamek Czocha 23 km, Boelsławiec 24 km. Please note: fishing [permit required], on request. Half-timbered house in the Izera foothills, Prussian wall, sandstone, clay. The immediate surroundings of the house are fenced and planted with a jasmine hedge. Further on, there is a flower meadow, a pond, a hill with oaks, fruit trees. Possibility of contact with animals - chickens - for those willing to feed hens and picking eggs. Stocked pond. Bee. Gęsi- Jacek and Agatka. Rabbits at the neighbor's.

Upper floor: (open staircase) playroom with 1 bed. 1 room with 1 bed. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Large terrace 30 m2, large garden 100 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Parking at the house. Please note: 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. In the house downstairs, a living room with a tiled stove for heating. In the corridor, a tiled stove-cooking in the old style. Stone bathroom with bathtub and underfloor heating. Summer kitchen with a bread oven and an old stove with a cast iron plate - the possibility of making preserves and baking bread. Close to the cultivation of strawberries, currants and raspberries.

Wspaniałe wakacje z rodziną

Idealne miejsce, aby poczuć klimat Dolnego Śląska. Stary dom z duszą do wyłącznej dyspozycji, kawałek gospodarstwa (kury, świeże jajka!!!), oczko wodne, gdzie można wędkować i się przekąpać, gwarantują odpoczynek na tysiąc sposobów. Piękna i spokojna okolica doskonała na spacery i wycieczki rowerowe. W bliskim zasięgu mnóstwo miejsc na wypady do zamków, tam, tuneli i w Karkonosze - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Do tego przesympatyczni, zawsze pomocni gospodarze - wrócimy tutaj na pewno.
