"Our room smelled of body odor! The front desk said they were sold out and weren’t able to move us to another room. The rooms were musty and not clean. The walls are paper thin. One thing that was the redeeming factor was they did have a nice free breakfast. Also, there was no shampoo and conditioner, but only shower gel. I would not book here again. I booked another night on our last night, but cancelled as the room was so odiferous and resorted to booking another hotel closer to the airport. Not satisfactory whatsoever! "

"The hotel is in a great location for exploring Caserta. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Staff are super helpful and polite (and speak English). We had a couple of tiny issues to resolve and everyone did their best to help. Would definitely book again."

"The room was clean and the location to the airport is very nice although walking at night is confusing and the back entrance is dark and strange. Still the best place to stay in Napoli when you have an early flight. "
