"對於主打溫泉的飯店，溫泉池卻不太乾淨，入住前與飯店人員溝通更換房型問題，跟當天給的答案有出入，反應了沒任何解釋及補救，辦理入住被怠慢，且給了一直有冷氣不冷問題的房間，中間處理是換房，浪費旅客時間，並沒任何解釋或致歉，房間打掃的很乾淨，房內就有溫泉彌補了大眾池的不足，腳踏車的管理員人非常友善親切，有來回接駁車可以使用，這部分十分貼心，大致上不推薦，過程中的危機處理方式需改進"
