Good enough for a budget stay
All considering, its fair for the price. Our room was basic but ample and functional. The hosts are learning the trade, they try their best to please guests, but expect limitations.
Breakfast was good and they can help with booking tours and taxis but they take their share, so prices can be higher than you moght find by negotiating directly on the street. It's not the most attractive road, but we walked easily to the ferry and felt safe. Be aware that there are noises during the night from stray dogs and chickens and the prayers from the minarets nearby.
