"Horrible hotel stay. Super ran down. Breakfast options were little… yogurt and fruit. Fruit was brown! Also, after I checked out, they charged my debit card for who knows what. I’ve called numerous times only to be told that the manager is not in and will return my call on Friday. Which was supposed to be 2 weeks ago. Still waiting. Needless to say, staff were not helpful with the issue."

"Nice room, clean. We didn't touch the refrigerator, water, or coffee pot out of fear it was weighted & we would get charged. We had to put down a $50 deposit for "incidentals" which at our age isn't appreciated but we do understand it."

"We did not even stay and the hotel has refused to refund the money. There was a disagreement over what "pet friendly" meant and instead of working with us the manager became rude and hostile with a man because he didn’t have his hearing aids in and did not understand what was being said. The manager was so rude that his desk clerk was almost in tears and kept apologizing for the treatment. The traveler was a man who just retired from 21 years in the Army and was traveling to get home to his family across the US. He wears those hearing aids thanks to his tours in Iraq. He deserved at the the respect of being treated decently. HE WENT ACROSS THE STREET TO THE DAY'S INN AND BOTH HE, AND THE PETS, WERE WELCOMED. "

"The staff was friendly. The facility is showing its age, the bathroom needs updating, and the breakfast was minimal, but overall it was ok. It was clean and the bed was comfy."
