"We loved our stay, but the beds were not so comfortable, quite hard, I had to exchange my pillow too as on first night couldn’t sleep on it, but it was not a problem for the staff and got one straight away. We didn’t have a kettle in our room, but when asked for one, it was delivered. Rooms have no fridge. Had to wait long time for hot water in a shower, if you require a room to be cleaned, you have to tell the staff in the morning. Some bathrooms didn’t have any shelves at all to put your...
