"Spacious clean room very comfy beds and pillows , the staff were super helpful , however rooms were a little room had to open the windows as air con wasn’t blowing out cool air which then meant it was loud at night , minor issue and would still stay again amazing location "

"The breakfast selections were plentyfull and a good quality. There were two coffee machines that provided a variety of coffee specialties and hot cocoa. The only complaint was the room temperature was hard to control and the room became too hot at night, wasn't hotel's fault, we should have asked someone. The hotel was located in a great spot, we walked to many sites of interest. The front desk staff were extremely helpful. I would chose this hotel again."

"The apartments were equipped. Perfect for a long time stay. We just stayed 1 night. We could do laundry so it worked. The check in process was confusing. I kept receiving emails asking to check in online 1 week before my arrival. The links sent didn't give me the check in options so I couldn't do it. At the end, they checks us in when we arrived and they didnt say anything. Those emails were a little overwhelming thinking that we might not have a place to stay upon our arrival due to overbooking. The lace was centralized."

"Building works in the next building were extremely loud and ongoing from 9am (on the dot) to 6pm. Ruined the first couple of days of the trip. "
