L’isolation phonique n’est pas parfaite et l’immeuble attenant faisant penser qu’il pourrait s’effondrer à tout moment n’est pas très rassurant. Par contre la communication pour récupérer les clefs et la qualité de prestations (qualité des literies…) sont tout à fait au rendez vous. "
