"The hosts met us at the door upon our arrival. They are British and it was a pleasure to speak in English. The accommodations were very clean and well presented with modern amenities. And the bed is perfect! Breakfast was extraordinary consisting of breads, cheeses, yogurt, juice, coffee and fruit. Extremely delicious. They are very well informed of the local area and suggested a restaurant which we enjoyed dinner at. Will definitely return. It was a pleasure staying at their house."

"Easy parking at the property right outside, quite a climb up the stairs with suitcase would be tricky if you had mobility issues but there is a stair lift although I’m not sure if it works or is for guests. The old floors are lovely to see although rather uneven. The room was really warm even with no heating on, needed the fans that were provided and must be crazy in summer. Bedrooms a reasonable size although not much storage if you were staying a long while. Decent kitchen area with most equipment you’d need, did notice only two small plates but it has two double bedrooms. Toilet and shower room are both small, great shower but very small space to dry yourself. Toilet door often slid open, ok as a couple but if you were staying with friends maybe not. Great location close to town centre."

The breakfast, and the evening meal (extra), he provided was very good and used much local produce. "Nancy est une hôte bienveillante, attentionnée et discrète ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir comme chez nous durant cette semaine. Il faut aimer la nature et la déconnexion car le réseau est un peu capricieux ce qui ne nous a pas permis de joindre Nancy à notre arrivée mais le logement était déjà prêt donc ce n'était finalement qu'un detail.L'ambiance est très agréable et authentique, avec les animaux (chiens, chat, chevaux et poules) que l'on peut approcher facilement, l'accès à la rivière à 2 pas, les chemins de balades aux alentours c'est vraiment génial. De vraie vacances à la campagne! Avec le bonus d'avoir un logement très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Merci pour tout Nancy."
