  • Le Refuge des Oiseaux welcomes you to Lusignan, in a peaceful countryside setting between Futuroscope and the Marais Poitevin. This 270 m² holiday home accommodates up to 16 guests, divided between 2 connecting or independent units, each with 134 m² of space. The property features 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, Wi-Fi, TV, and washing machine. For families with young children, a baby bed and high chair are available. The interior is all on one level.



    Outside, relax in your private garden, on a private uncovered terrace, or on a shared covered terrace. A private barbecue is available for outdoor meals, and a shared ping-pong table adds to the fun.



    There are 7 shared parking spaces on site. Please note, events are not permitted. Weekend bookings require a minimum stay of 3 nights.



    The property is ideally located to explore the region: Marais Poitevin, Vallée des Singes, Pays des 6 Vallées forests, and the stained glass museum in Curzay-sur-Vonne. Many hiking trails and sports activities are also nearby.
