- Dans un magnifique environnement rural du Périgord Vert, cette propriété de 400 m² composée de deux logements offre calme, espace et une grande piscine privée sur un terrain de 10 000 m². Située à moins de 15 minutes d'Aubeterre-sur-Dronne et de Saint-Séverin, et à 10 minutes d'un golf, elle peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes. Sa configuration est idéale pour les familles, groupes d'amis ou plusieurs couples. Le WiFi est disponible et un lit bébé ainsi qu'une chaise haute sont fournis sur demande.
La maison principale – Les Indeaux
La maison dispose d'une grande cuisine entièrement équipée, d'une arrière-cuisine avec lave-linge, réfrigérateur, congélateur et toilettes, ainsi que d'un salon/salle à manger avec poêle à bois et vue sur le château de Lusignac. Le salon comprend également une chaîne hi-fi, une collection de vinyles, une télévision et des DVD, et donne accès à une terrasse avec salon de jardin.
