"Room cleanness was a big issue. The first day, we found insects in the bed, behind the pillows. Three and big ones. We informed them, showed them pictures, send them on whatsapp comment also, they did not even get back to us or say anthing 😅 like if it is very normal. Sofa was not clean also. It s black and blue so dirt can not be seen, but the moment you seat on it, your full body will be itching.
