They always place the needs of the guests first…hallmarks of a true luxury hotel. I was well looked after by everyone. "I had a wonderful stay at The OQ in Lusail. The hotel is brand new, and it truly reflects that with its elegant decoration and high-quality furniture. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the hotel had a pleasant, refreshing scent throughout. The staff were friendly and cooperative, making the stay even more enjoyable. However, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The coffee machine in the room was not functioning, and even after the hotel replaced it, it still didn’t work properly....

"Everyone was lovely there Filipa (I don’t know if I remember her name correctly), Main, Theo, and the whole team! The pool is great! The beach is great! Only couple pieces of advice, the sports desk should be a bit more friendly and smile (like the concierge and front desk who are amazing!) and also I wish the upstairs balcony area of the cafe was open at night as it would be great for traditional and Muslim friendly hangout for families, because the Belgium bar is not an option and some of us want to stay up late with our families and have something to eat late night and hangout. All in all a great hotel!"
