Superb house with excellent accommodation and facilities Set in a park like grounds Excellent parking within the gated gardensMauricio the property owner was helpful very friendly and informative about the area. He also spoke excellent English, benifical as he lived above. Ultra clean and tidy interior, being well maintained Kitchen appliances were all up to date and benificalLocation is suitable for reaching the train stations autoroutes and major city’s. Gardens well maintained and private in a gated facility The owner is a really nice person

L’appartement correspondait parfaitement à la description. Il est spacieux, lumineux et très agréable à vivre. Les deux balcons et l’accès au parc sont un vrai plus. La literie est de qualité, avec un matelas très confortable. L’ascenseur facilite également l’accès à l’appartement.Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis en personne à notre arrivée, ce qui a été très appréciable. Ils nous ont remis les clés, donné des explications pratiques sur le logement, ainsi que de précieux conseils sur les activités à faire dans les environs. Ils mettent également à disposition plusieurs documents utiles : plans de transport, idées de visites, recommandations locales, etc.La localisation est pratique, avec des supermarchés et des bornes de recharge électrique à proximité. Seul petit bémol : le centre-ville est à environ 20 minutes en voiture. Mais dans l’ensemble, c’est un logement idéal pour un séjour confortable et bien organisé. Nous recommandons vivement !

Très bon accueil. Appartement confortable et spacieux. Le plein pied sur le grand parc est un plus pour les animaux. Présence discrète et compétente des propriétaires. Je recommande cette location.
