Family summer holiday
The house is absolutely gorgeous, and perfect for a family holiday. The pool is great to return to each day after a trip out to the various coves and towns that are well worth visiting. The house itself is lovely and cool with bathrooms for everyone and the views from the house are amazing. I highly recommend it.

Lovely Villa in beautiful countryside
The Villa is in a beautiful area of Croatian countryside. Quite remote with panoramic views. Centrally located to explore both sides of coastline and pretty local hill top villages. Plenty to do including zip wires, quad biking, beaches.... Well equipped villa, beautifully decorated.

Petit oasis à la campagne!
Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cette jolie maison à la campagne! Adriana, la proprio est sympathique et accueillante. L’endroit calme et apaisant, avec sa piscine rafraîchissante, nous permet de relaxer et nous rafraîchir après nos visites dans les villages et villes environnants: Hum, Motovun, Labin, Pula, Rovinj....Idéale pour des vacances en famille!

Peace, quiet and poolfun for the children in good location
Beautifully decorated, clean house in beautiful surroundings. We stayed 4 adults and 4 kids here for one week in July. The house fitted our needs perfectly and the host, Adriana, was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay with tips on what to do in the area and with cold drinks for us and ice creams for the kids in the fridge when we arrived. The only annoying thing about the house was a lot of bees around the pool area due to a very dry and hot summer, I believe. But on the other hand there were not really any mosquitoes! And it was bees, not the more aggressive wasps. But I guess this has something to do with weather conditions and season. The location is great for exploring the east coast of Istria and there are nice smaller trips into the national park suitable for small children also, within reach of 20-40 minutes driving. The only thing you need to keep in mind is planning of grocery shopping. There are small shops available relatively close to the property but you need to drive at least 20 minutes I think to find a larger supermarket. All in all a really good experience and we wouldn't hesitate to return to this place :-)

A beautiful villa in a relaxing location with amazing views.
The villa was very welcoming with homemade Jam and bread and drinks ready for us in the fridge. It felt like home from home. The view across the pool to the surrounding hills was stunning and we loved the gentle ringing of the cow bells from the nearby farm. We found plenty to do during our weeks stay, and could have been very happy simply relaxing at the villa.

Ländlicher Charme mit großem Komfort
Ein prima renoviertes aber schönes altes Stein-Haus in dem man sich sehr wohlfühlen kann. Es ist sowohl gemütlich wie auch geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Für zwei Freundespaare oder 2 Familien ist es optimal in der Raumaufteilung. Wir haben auch die ländliche Umgebung mit dem leisen Bimmeln der Kuhglocken, den Abendkonzerten der Zikaden und dem traumhaften Blick auf die direkten Felder und die Berge in der Ferne sehr genossen. Durch das Bauerngehöft nebenan fühlt man sich geschützt - ist aber gleichzeitig ganz frei für sich alleine. Wir fanden das eine tolle Lage ! Für den Trubel ,touristische Attraktionen, oder das Meer fährt man in ca. 30 Minuten an die Küste nach Opatja oder Rabac.Wer wandern oder biken möchte kann direkt vom Haus aus starten, es gibt unendlich viel zu entdecken ! Unsere Vermieter haben sich sehr gut gekümmert und für alles liebevoll gesorgt.Vielen Dank dafür, Ich hoffe wir können einmal wieder kommen !

Erholsame Tage in einer tollen Ferienunterkunft
Die Villa Kurioza lässt keine Wünsche offen. Super Ausstattung. Alle Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wunderbar ist die großzügige Außenanlage mit dem tollen Pool. Villa liegt sehr ruhig und idyllisch mit Bergblick. Ein Auto ist für Besorgungen und Strandbesuche zwingend erforderlich. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Vermieterin Adriana für die vielen kleinen Willkommensgrüße, den vorzeitigen Check-in sowie die schnelle Bearbeitung unserer Fragen und Anliegen. Wir als Familie (5 Erwachsene) hatten eine wundervolle, erholsame Zeit.

Erholsamer Urlaub
Es war für uns der perfekte Urlaub mit unseren 2 Fellnasen. Adriana ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin und ist stets für Fragen oder Wünsche erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Nachbarn sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hier kann man wirklich den Alltag vergessen und entspannen.

Wunderbare Villa zum Entspannen
Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen für eine Woche in der Villa. Diese ist mit wunderbarem Ausblick direkt in der Natur gelegen. Es wird ein Auto für tägliche Besorgungen benötigt. Im eingezäunten Garten lässt sich wunderbar grillen und zusammen sitzen. Man hat keine direkten Nachbarn, lediglich ein paar Kühe. In dem Ort wohnen zwei weitere Familien, die man ab und zu Mal trifft. Es ist absolut ruhig dort. Lediglich der Nachbarshund ist frei laufend, bellt viel und manchmal auch in der Nacht. Er kommt aber nicht auf das Grundstück. Für unseren Hund war es super, Spazierwege direkt vor der Tür. Das Haus war perfekt sauber als wir angekommen sind. Es ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet (Kaffemaschine, Mikrowelle, Mixer, Toaster /, Spülmaschine etc. Alles da ) Dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hat ist wirklich Luxus. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre nur bessere oder mehr Schirme für mehr Schatten . Es waren zwei kleine Schirme vorhanden. Diese waren aber nicht für Wind geeignet. Ansonsten würden wir jederzeit wieder herkommen. Einfach super !
