Nel mezzo della Verde Irpinia a 25 Km da Avellino.
Adatta per una vacanza rilassante lontano dal traffico cittadino.
Villa Adagiata su un promontorio circondata da un uliveto, isolata e tranquilla, circondata dal verde. La posizione dona un panorama fantastico tra vigneti e uliveti di fronte al monte Tuoro (1400m)
La casa e predisposta con verande e porticati con barbecue e Forno, più un ampio spazio di giardino con piante e alberi.
La struttura è suddivisa in due piani, é composta al piano terra da ampia cucina abitabile, salotto con due divani (di cui uno letto) camino e sala da pranzo con credenza e tavolo grande (fino 12 perone). Unico ambiente comunicante e in più un bagno di servizio. Il piano superiore è composto da tre camere da letto e un bagno. La casa può ospitare fino a 9 persone (comode). Villa Sarkeep

Lovely villa in a very peaceful area just outside a small village in the hills. The area around is beautiful and worth exploring as is the local wine.
