Great stay and fantastic service. The spa was one of the best we have been on. Only one thing bad, the scrambled egg was not on eggs🙃 We will be back!

Mycket trevlig personal och mysigt spa. Rummen var aningens lyhörda och menyn lite ”begränsad”. Största frågetecknet var nog dock att de tog betalt för att spela biljard och shuffelboard, detta har jag inte varit med om någon annanstans.

Great SPA-hotel just 10km from Kinnekulle Ring.

Amazing location and breakfast. The SPA was way beyond my expectation. The beds was twin beds wich I do not like. Prefer queen-sized. The shower in the bathroom need to be fixed.

A lot of dust under the beds but otherwise the rooms in the SPA building are quite fresh. You have to pay extra if you want to try billiards or some other activity and this is very unusual in similar hotels according to our experience.

Upplevelser under tvådygnsbesök.

Väldigt små stdrum. Nästan åla sig till sängen. Dålig allmän belysning, med få eluttag. Handfatet på toalett för långt in på skivan. Ingen enkel hylla för tvål mm i duschutrymmet. Bra matutbud. Utmärkt skötsel av ytterområden med gräsmattor mm. Yttre byggnadsunderhåll mm på toppnivå.

Dålig service överlag men katastrof vid incheckning. Fick vänta löjligt länge trots att två personer stod vid sin dator. Ingen förklarade dröjsmålet eller varför jag inte fick checka in, blev Inter erbjuden att sitta ner och vänta eller kaffe under tiden för väntan. Mycket dåligt bemötande. Ville dessutom ta betalt för redan betald övernattning
