"The house is in a great location with a beautiful view of the sea. It has however been neglected and was not clean to our standards. Well equipped kitchen but cupboards were upside down and dishes had to be clean before use. Beds were comfortable however, only one sheet and one towel was supplied (with add cost) to make the bed. We, however, had a great time. Sunsets are amazing and the surrounding were amazingly quiet."

"Nous repartons tout juste de cette magnifique maison. Ne vous fiez pas aux photos, elle est juste incroyable et fonctionnel pour une vie en communauté. Je suis parti avec ma femme, mes fils et un couple d’ami avec leurs enfants. Un salon séjour très agréable, une superbe terrasse donnant avec vue mer ! Les 4 salles d’eau sont superbes. Je recommande. "

"Das Haus ist schön renoviert und mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel und wir haben speziell den Pool sehr genossen. Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr schön eingewachsen und man bekommt eigentlich gar nichts mit von den umliegenden Häusern, Straße etc. Einzig ein wenig mehr Naturschatten am Vormittag auf der Terrasse wäre schön... Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. "

"A really big house with an impressive large swimming pool. Not as new as the pictures might show with a few minor defects (for us these had been no problems at all). But a really great place with lots of features and several areas in and around the house to get a perfect holiday feeling! Only a very few minutes to the harbour and the loveley beach(es). Every hour a hard decision: pool or beach? Really fantastic. We did enjoy our stay very much!"

"We had two families staying at the house. It's a terrific size and we never felt crowded. The neighborhood is quiet but still close to town. It's difficult to leave in the evening due to the sunsets from the yard and pool."

"Nous avons passé un très bon moment chez M. Pohl durant nos vacances à St.-Ambroggio. Son appartement est très fonctionnel, décoré avec goût et propre. Parfait pour un couple avec 2 jeunes enfants. La grande terrasse extérieure est splendide et nous l'avons beaucoup appréciée en soirée. L'appartement se trouve idéalement situé à 3 minutes de marche de la plage. M. Pohl est un super hôte et à pris soin de nous durantnotre séjour. On reviendra avec plaisir."
