Semi-detached house "Bonny". 2 km from the centre of Luino, in an elevated position, 2.3 km from the lake. Private: small garden (fenced). In the house: washing machine. Motor access to the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Luino" 3 km. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
3-room semi-detached house 80 m2 on 1st floor. Partly renovated in 2023, practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed, 1 pull-out bed and TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Balcony 10 m2. Balcony furniture. View of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage (1 car). Urlaub am Lago Maggiore
Ein nettes schönenes sauberes Ferienhaus mit nostalgischer Einrichtung in einer ruhigen Lage.
Es ist alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht vorhanden.
Das Haus ist wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern,kleiner Mangel ist die enge Einfahrt und die kleine Garage ( für große Autos nicht geeignet ).
Sehr nette Nachbarn im direkten Umfeld.
