"The pool was very dirty and unusable. The gym was locked and unusable. The room was ok but the power kept going out, and we didn't understand why. There was supposed to be a standby generator, it didn't come on most of the time. Shops were hard to get to. The road was being repaired most of the time we were there, so maybe no it may be easier to get around"

"We loved the Kampala Nile Hotel atmosphere, the pool, the cleanliness and the people working there. They were all so friendly and helpful. They helped us get quickly adjusted to the building, the restaurant, the pool, and the room. The locations is off a busy congested Mukono highway. But, once you come in the complex, you feel you out of the congestion and into a peaceful oasis. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The restaurant has delicious foods, But, best of all is the huge pool. We are swimmers and the pool was perfect for us."

"I am Muzungo and my bride Ugandan. We spent our honeymoon here while enjoying Jinja’s attractions. We found the place to be nice by Uganda standards and after sorting out a few things with the very helpful staff our stay was very nice. They have amazing water pressure and depending on the room you get, amazing showers. I found the staff to be very helpful and the restaurant kept me and my wife well fed with very good food. They even accommodated my wife’s taste for mostly local foods which their menu doesn’t really offer. It was quiet and taken care off and very peaceful. The location is actually very good for getting to the different adventure activity companies located by Victoria Lake and the Nile River. I would stay there again as my wife and I felt like we made friends with the staff."
