Visit the beautiful city of Lugano with your family or friends in this two-bedroom apartment a few minutes’ walk away from the city centre: ROGGIA 11 is an apartment furnished in a modern style in a newly built building complex and can host up to 6 people with its 2 bedrooms, one master bedroom and one twin room with 2 single beds. The small kitchen is functional and fully equipped for cooking and serving meals; it is open onto the living room and includes a dining and a TV area with a double sofa bed (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). The bathroom has a modern shower. 

Let your children play in the playground, which is clearly visible from the terrace, and enjoy an aperitif at sunset. Thanks to the strategic position of this apartment, you will be able to reach all the points of interest: ROGGIA 11 is 5 minutes away from the lakefront and the Lugano Exhibition Centre.

The Coop Supermarket is just in front of the property; the building complex is just 2 minutes away from the lakefront and the Lanchetta restaurant; it is possible to take the ferry from the small tourist port to many locations (Gandria, Morcote, etc.). The Lido of Lugano, which is just 3 minutes away, offers an olympic swimming pool covered in winter, outdoor pools with springboards in summer, a lakeside beach, tennis courts and a sailing club.



How to arrive:

If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take \"Lugano Nord\" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. 

If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take the bus N.461 (direction Villa Luganese) for 6 stops and get off at the stop \"Viganello, La Santa\" (about 10 minutes). Walk for about 3 minutes to get to the building.
