    Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. King bed master suite, 2 queen bed bedrooms and 2 full size futons to easily sleep 8 guests. Modern light fixtures with remotes throughout and rain shower heads in both bathrooms. Less than a mile to woodland heights medical center, 2 minute drive to CHI ST. Luke’s Medical center, 5 minute drive to lockhead Martin, 5 minute drive to downtown Lufkin, less than 5 minutes to restaurants and fast food options.

    3 bedrooms, master suite with king bed, work desk, smart tv and attached bathroom. 2 separate guest rooms with queen bed in each and smart tv’s. Living room includes large smart tv, work desk, and 2 full size lay flat futon beds for additional guests. Property includes a fully fenced backyard for your fur babies to roam freely.

The house was pretty clean upon arrival. I walked around and took pics/made notes of things that were damaged etc. I did find a few things broken. Table in front of couch, long couch arm and the middle of it (needs to be replaced) and blinds broken. Spoke with those in charge of the house and they were extremely easy to talk to. Quick responses. Even told us that they had been having repairs done and had a crew in the home that broke stuff. They are now aware of everything and I’m confident they will get it fixed quickly. They even brought batteries to us for the remotes that were dying. Beds were comfortable! Showers were great! Excellent shower pressure. Kitchen was small but we didn’t use anything but the Keurig and microwave. Backyard could have been mowed. Neighbors dogs were overwhelming however. Would have to take our dogs out front because neighbors dogs were out of control. Overall - we would stay here again! No doubts.
