  • The approx. 20sqm studio impresses with its super central but quiet location and the secure parking space in the courtyard with an electric gate. The historical place Am Sande is only 2 minutes away by walk and the historical city hall is only 5 minutes away by walk. Bicycles can be rent near by. The entire apartment has just been completely renovated in a tasteful and design-oriented manner. It has a chic vinyl design floor, smart TV, a bed that can used as a single or a double, two armchairs, a tuliptable and a wardrobe. In addition to the living- and bedroom, the apartment has a daylight shower room with a window.
