  • 1 room approx. 38 sqm, with large balcony, 3rd Floor (end floor), view of the green towards the sea, very quiet location, 100 m to the beach promenade, 600 m to the golf course, with underground parking space and elevator, barrier-free from the garage to the apartment. Two single beds (190x90 cm), sofa, TV, bathroom with shower, kitchen, balcony furniture. As still unrenovated at a special price until the end of 2019! Two bicycles included.
