We skipped housekeeping and were issued a complimentary drink coupon - but the bartender had a tough time redeeming it. Helpful staff, firm bed, good size room. Needs touch up painting . Easy walk to train station- Longer to walk to City center. "

"We stayed for a quick sleep during our road trip, so we didn’t get to experience any amenities. Our family room was MASSIVE. Two floors, nearly 700 sqft, a shower/bathroom with double sinks, and two large powder rooms with toilet and sink. The hotel and room were older and the furnishings equally so, but everything was very clean and comfortable. Well worth the cost of our room. If we’re in the area, we would definitely stay again."

"Good sized room in a good location. Only one elevator was working which resulted in some lengthy delays getting to and from the upper levels. More than once during my two week stay I was left with 2 hand towels and no bath towel. Otherwise the stay was great. There's free travel on the Mannheim public transport included it you join their rewards program."
