The Space:

This cozy ski-in/ski-out Winterplace condo offers a warm, welcoming home base for families spending time at Okemo. The main living area sits beneath vaulted ceilings, with large windows that bring in natural light and a classic wood-burning fireplace that becomes the heart of the home after a day on the mountain. The open layout makes it easy for everyone to gather, whether you’re cooking dinner, playing games, or relaxing together in the evening.



The king bedroom on the main level provides a quiet retreat and connects directly to a full bathroom that also opens into the living space for easy access. Nearby, the queen bedroom and the bunk room—featuring two twin-over-twin bunks—share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, creating a flexible setup for kids, cousins, or friends who want to stay close. Upstairs, the loft adds even more sleeping space with two twin beds tucked under the eaves, giving older kids or extra guests a comfortable place to settle in.



A well-equipped kitchen, private laundry, and thoughtful entry area help keep mountain routines simple and organized. A short walk of about 300 feet across the parking area brings you directly to the trail, making it easy for families to come and go throughout the day without relying on shuttles or long walks.
