This hotel gets 9/10 because of only a couple of small minor inconveniences; firstly no TV remote in room (but I didn't need the TV so no issue), secondly the shower head was little loose meaning it was hard to get under the water. "Someone waited for us to check in after hours. They were very helpful. The rooms were very large and excellent for a family of four. Beautiful grounds. Like staying back in time. Nice walk along the river/border. Rooms were freezing. The heating didn't work."
"We bought the location. But of course hoped for a nice hotel too. The pictures weren’t bad. In reality it’s dull, tight, incommodious, and we had a broken piece of furniture. Very clean though, with a nice coffee smell (but no way to have a coffee unless you go out or did not forget to fill in and submit a breakfast form last night, given that the nearest cafes are closed till noon). "Vintage, adorable, a place with the soul. We stayed for 3 nights in June in Deluxe Suite. Both bedrooms are spacious and clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. The garden and the area around the house offers many great spots to relax , read, enjoy the nature. The private bathroom was clean. A good starting point to visit Česke Svycarsko. The hosts are great, too."
