"This place was nice and convenient to the train station. Clean, staff friendly, although not around when I checked out so just left the keys on the desk (I hope that was ok?), but were there when I checked in, thank goodness, Bimbi carried my bags up the many stairs (although there was a lift if needed). The room was huge, and air con worked well. Only down side was the window shutters were broken so let in first light. Other than that, all good."

"Our stay was wonderful -- everything was exactly as stated. The room and bathroom were clean. All requests were taken care of quickly and with great communication! The area is quiet and very convenient to the train station/bus station. There is a grocery store across the street that was very helpful when we needed a few items on our trip. It was also within 10 minutes of walking to the city center. We enjoyed our stay very much!"

This bed and breakfast (coffee and croissant in the Centrale Bar in the piazza below) may be one of only a few places here to stay. "I love this hotel and I’ve stayed there 4x. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The location is lovely My only warning is that the cleaning crew tends to barge in to clean, even if you have the do not disturb sign on the door. It’s very anxiety inducing to be honest but I’m American and I think it’s a cultural thing. And because everything is tile, there’s a lot of inconvenient noise for those experiencing jet lag."
