In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking, public parking on the road. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 150 m, bus stop "Horní Maxov, Karlov" 450 m, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km, 10 km. Slopes 8 km, children's ski school 8 km, cross country ski track 200 m. Nearby attractions: Centrum Babylon - Aquapark, IQ Park 25 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Bedřichov 8 km, Albrechtice v Jiz.Horách 8 km, Liberec - Ski Ještěd 25 km.
    2-room chalet on 2 levels. Bright, partly with sloping ceilings, simple and rustic furnishings: open living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, 1 double bed and Scandinavian wood stove. Small, open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven) with dining table. Shower/WC. Wood heating. Upper floor: (open staircase) with sloping ceilings, 1 room with 2 double beds. Chaticka je na perfektním místě. Klid, pohoda. Velmi výborná manželská matrace-dobře se nám tam spalo. Výletů v okolí je hodně. Splnila naše očekávání.
