The property was ok but not as expected . The room had torn headboard leather, not even water is provided which we had to buy on our own. Elevators also feel ancient, giving dull and old look.

They need more shade at the pools/ THey do not have any umbrellas or shaded areas. Pool is unusable after 1pm

Hotel maid/cleaning service was friendly! My frustration was front registration who did NOT provide timely, common-sensical service when asked for extra pillows, extra towels, attention to a very WARM room w/ lousy vent flow/air-conditioning - their tech man arrived at 11:45 p.m. when an initial call was made at 3:55 p.m after 3 x of calling to ask of switching to another room. They never did a follow-up or fell short on a lot of empty promises! VERY disappointed. Spend a little more and stay at the Venetian - you will be thrilled you did!

My stay was amazing!! The details in this hotel and in the rooms were beautiful and well thought out for sure. It was easy to navigate where everything is and there were plenty of helpful staff especially when there was a situation with my keycard not working. I’m so glad I chose to celebrate my birthday in this hotel. It was close to all of the activities I wanted to do although it isn’t directly on the strip it’s still in a great place. 10/10 will definitely stay here again.
