The beach villa consists of a main building with several apartments and adjoining terraced houses. Direct access to the car-free beach promenade and the wide, fine sandy beach.
"Strandvilla (LUB117)", 3-room terraced house 75 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, cosy furnishings: living room with cable TV, radio and CD-player. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed and cable TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 small room, without wardrobe with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Balcony, terrace partly roofed, small garden. Terrace furniture, box-room. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.
