Apartment with a bed-sitting room (sofa bed 1.40 m wide), a bedroom (double bed 1.60 m wide), kitchen and a bathroom with tub and toilet. Linen and towels provided. Equipped with TV, radio, cable / satellite, furniture, cot, hair dryer and balcony. An elevator in the house. Disabled-friendly !. Heating, water, electricity inclusive. Tourist tax according to applicable statutes is from May - September to pay on the spot. Sheets and towels are included in the rent. Baby equipment is provided free of charge by appointment. Pets are not allowed. A beach chair is available for our guests. Parking in the garage. 2 bicycles are available and can be used free of charge .. Check in from 15: 00h Check-out until 11 midnight

In the idyllic seaside resort Lubmin, right on the 5-km long sandy beach, is the architecturally charming, newly built house in which the apartment is located. Whether the holiday is to be active or contemplative relaxing, spring, summer, autumn or winter, in any case, will enchant the sleepy seaside resort Lubmin. Sea, cliffs with pine forest and heath are united here. Day trips by boat from pier Lubmin on the island of Rügen on offer. At the nearby Greifswald with its sights is always worth a trip.
