"Staff were very kind and courteous. The spa treatments were great, we got them at the Irma spa and they were lovely. We did the mirror pool and mud pool + short massage, which made the trip worth it. The area itself is really beautiful, green and nice to walk around / have a drink. It’s a self check in and we were not given our room number which should have been in the welcome email, but was not. When calling owner to find out room number, she kept giving the code to the front door instead. We were saved by another guest who was able to work out which room was ours. "
