Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist sehr schnell am Strand und auf der Strandpromenade. Der Saunabereich ist sehr chic und sehr großzügig gestaltet. Die Dachterasse ist eine wirkliche Alternative zum Balkon, wenn man mal eine Sonnenliege nutzen möchte. Der Tiefgaragenplatz zur Wohnung ist sehr angenehm und erspart einem das Suchen von einem Parkplatz im Wohngebiet.

Ich hätte mir auf der Internetseite eine Info!!!!! über die Baustelle gewünscht, und nicht nur einen Zettel im Hausflur, wenn wir schon vor Ort sind. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag: Steckdosen im Fahrradkeller zum Aufladen von E-bikes

Vor Ort der Service ist super. Die KollegInnen haben gleich sofort bei Problemen versucht diese zu beheben, da die Wohnung nicht richtig gereinigt wurde und noch Bettwäsche fehlte. Wir sind öfters in den Ferienwohnungen bei Upstalsboom und bemerken zunehmend das die Reinigung der Ferienwohnungen leider immer schlechter wird. Ich zahle auch gerne mehr für die Reinigung, wenn sie wirklich dann sauber ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen. Der Weg zum Strand über den Godewindpark ist gleich sehr erholsam. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns auf die nächsten Ferien.
