Sunny covered balcony with a wonderful overview of the ferry port, Trave with "Passat" to the Baltic Sea, 2 (+1) bedrooms
The approximately 100 m² apartment is on the 2nd The listed staircase is equipped with a stairlift.
After entering the apartment you are in the hallway with a large mirror and cloakroom; to the right is the bathroom with bath / shower and separate toilet with hand wash basin; opposite is a small bedroom with a single bed (90 x 200 cm).
Straight ahead you enter the Nordic-style living-dining room with a comfortable sofa and upholstered armchairs, table with 6 chairs, flat-screen TV and windows to the Trave.
From here to the right through a double wing door to the bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm, separate mattresses) and also a window to the Trave.
After the living-dining room and separated from it by a curtain, you reach a through room with double sofa bed and wardrobes.
Through the next door you reach the kitchen with a view of the garden, fully equipped with a stove with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine.
The highlight of this apartment is the large balcony towards the Trave, with a protective canopy over it, which offers a wonderful view of the water, from the Baltic Sea on the far left over the venerable Passat to the ferry port with the incoming and outgoing ships. With a tarpaulin attached under the canopy, you can protect yourself when there is a heat.
We owe this picturesque balcony to our great-grandfather Richard Piehl, who as chairman of the Lübeck yacht club (and because of his impressive appearance) also had the nickname "Kaiser von Travemünde", and due to structural changes to the much older house (approx. From 1834) for the Art Nouveau facade.
Behind the house, something very special in this location, is a garden that can also be used, simple garden chairs and tables are available, raspberry and cherry picking is allowed.

On the ground floor of the house there is an ice cream parlor, which in addition to the supply of this basic food, also has a delicious breakfast in case the energy is insufficient to do it yourself. Further energy sources in one of their most pleasant forms can be found three houses away with always fresh marzipan in the Niederegger café. Edekamarkt 5 houses further

Schöne Wohnung in Traumlage

Wir haben als Familie eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Unser Highlight war auf jeden Fall der grandiose Ausblick auf die Schiffe und das Treiben auf der Promenade. Wir können die Wohnung ausnahmslos empfehlen.

Wunderbar erholsam

Wir haben die Zeit genossen. Besonders großartig war der Ausblick auf die Trave. Alles war gut zu Fuß und mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Wohnung ist sehr schön.

Toller Balkon, schöne Wohnung, Sauberkeit mäßig

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und freundlich und der Balkon ist ein Traum. Wir haben fast jeden Tag dort gefrühstückt und die vorbeifahrenden Schiffe bestaunt. Das Wohn-Esszimmer, das Schlafzimmer und die Küche sind groß und geräumig. In dem kleinen Zimmer mit dem Einzelbett kann man sich kaum drehen und das Durchgangszimmer, indem die Schlafcouch steht, ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber die Couch ist nicht unbequem. Die Matratzen im Bett sind sehr bequem und hochwertig. Die Elektrogeräte im Haus sind Markengeräte, die Waschmaschine hat auch eine Trocknerfunktion, was sehr praktisch für uns war. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer und auch die separate Toilette sind jedoch weder schön noch richtig sauber. In dem Toilettenraum hat es sehr unangenehm gerochen, weswegen wir die Reinigungsfirma noch einmal um Reinigung des Raumes gebeten haben, was diese auch anstandslos gemacht haben. Auch das Badezimmer war, so wie es schien, nur oberflächlich gereinigt worden und die Abflüsse waren verstopft. Mir persönlich fehlte eine Aufhängung für die Duschbrause. Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung, die jedoch wieder einmal eine Grundreinigung nötig hätte. Viele Küchenutensilien waren verdreckt und mussten vor Gebrauch noch einmal gereinigt werden. Es ist zwar schön, dass viele Dinge, wie Teelichter oder Salz von den Vormietern da sind, aber in den Regalen fanden sich auch viele unbrauchbare Dinge, wie leere Batterien und kaputte Dinge, die besser entsorgt werden sollten.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dieser schönen Wohnung in grandioser Lage. Die Wohnung sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos, die Betten sind sehr bequem und in der großen Küche ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird.

Tolle Woche

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns Freude bereitet, die großen Containerschiffe und Fähren auf der Trave vom Balkon aus zu beobachten. Abends ist es ruhig. Es führt eine steile Treppe zur Wohnung ( nichts für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung), es gibt keine extra Dusche nur Badewanne, auch hier wäre es etwas schwer bzgl.des Einstiegs zur Wanne für ältere Menschen. Wir kamen aber mit allem prima klar und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder nehmen👍🙂

Tolle Lage

Wir waren zu einem Kurzurlaub in Travemünde, die Wohnung hat eine super Lage, ganz wunderschöner Ausblick. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, das Badezimmer und die Küche sind nicht modern, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Wir haben die Lage genossen, wissen aber, dass es uns im Sommer zu viel Trubel vor der Tür wäre. Wer es also ruhiger braucht, der ist vielleicht nicht ganz glücklich. Im Frühjahr oder Herbst kommen wir gern wieder.

Wir waren zum 3mal da,und wir hatten wieder eine tolle Zeit! Gerade mit Kindern ist die Ausstattung und Lage echt ein Pluspunkt! Wir kommen auch ein 4,5,6….mal wieder!Hier fängt der Urlaub schon mit der Vorfreude auf den Aufenthalt an,weil man alles hat was den Urlaub perfekt macht!Auch bei schlechtem Wetter hält man es da super aus!

Traumhafte Wohnung in der Vorderreihe

Traumhafter Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf die Trave. Wohnung groß und hell und mit Allem ausgestattet. Eine Duschkopfhalterung wäre wünschenswert und 2 Liegestühle für den Balkon wäre eine tolle Bereicherung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung in einer wunderschönen Lage

Es ist eine große, schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir waren 10 Tage in der zweiten Märzwoche da. Das Wetter war nicht unbedingt das allerbeste. Trotzdem haben wir uns schön erholen können. Und wir hatten doch noch 2 Sonnentage. Was wir immer wieder gern gesehen haben, waren die Schiffe die vorbeigefahren sind. Einen Tagesausflug nach Lübeck ist ein muss!! Eine schöne Stadt.
