Gut mit kleinen Schwächen

Hat uns INSGESAMTgut gefallen. Kritikpunkte: -In der Dusche läuft schon bei einem einzigen Duschenden das Wasser unter der Duschabtrennung durch - Online sieht die Wohnung größer aus, als sie tatsächlich ist; mit 6 Erwachsenen ist das schon eng und die Schlafcopuch im Wohnzimmer auch nur bedingt geeignet - wenn meherer Gäste gleichzeitig kommen, ist eine einzige Empfangskraft, die gleichzeitig auch die Einweisung vornimmt, überfordert und man wartet.

Uns hat alles gut gefallen! Eine wirklich tolle Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten es beim Lesen im Internet so verstanden, dass auch das Fitness Center kostenfrei benutzt werden kann, was für unsere volljährigen Kinder sehr wichtig ist. Das war leider nicht so. Wir haben zwar von ihnen Gutscheine über einen Probetag erhalten. Es stellte sich aber heraus, dass das nur für Einheimische gilt. Es war dann eine riesen Diskussion, bis die Kinder dann doch ausnahmsweise 1x trainieren durften. Das war etwas schade und ist auch für die Zukunft schade. Wir würden nämlich eigentlich sehr gerne mal wieder kommen….

Der Fitness-/Wellnessbereich sowie die Dachterrasse sind eine sehr schöne/angenehme Ergänzung der Wohnanlage.Unsere Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Leider war es, bedingt durch die direkte Lage an der Straße (Am Fahrenberg/Godewind) mit einer Steigung , auf dem straßenseitigen Balkon, durch den Verkehrslärm, zeitweise recht laut. Die Geräuschdämmung der Fenster ist jedoch gut, so dass uns die Geräusche, insbesondere Nachts, nicht gestört haben. Wir werden auf jeden Fall dort wieder Urlaub machen, da für uns die positiven Kriterien/Eindrücke bei weitem überwiegen. Für uns ist die Anlage im Ergebnis empfehlenswert.
