Die Größe der Wohnung. Im Saunabereich ist der Eisbrunnen defekt, viele Duschen lassen sich nicht mehr in der Temperatur einstellen und es gibt keine Handtücher mehr in der Sauna. Behälter für schmutzige Handtücher gibt es nach wie vor. Leider war die Dachterrasse in einem schlechten Zustand, nach Eröffnung im April sah es nicht aus.
