Minutes drive to neighborhood grocery stores, restaurants, fast food joints and private park for fresh air and leisure walks. 10 minutes drive to Texas Tech /UMC and the Medical pavilion, 8 minutes to Covenant medical center and 10 minutes to the downtown business center! Traffic is a thing of the past with multiple routes and highways to get to where you want on time.
