Perfect place to stay cert clean lots if activities there at the house a game room. The bed in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay there again .

Great Property and Great Location!

The property was clean, had most everything we needed, a fun game room and great space overall for our family being there for a graduation weekend. It has a great park & lake right down the street and is centrally located and so easy to get around. Trent was so easy to work with and gave us all the information we needed and we didn't have to bug him at all during our stay!

Great weekend touring Texas Tech

This property was just a short drive from Texas Tech and a great spot for us to gather as we toured the university and explored Lubbock. It was spacious enough for 3 couples (3 king sized beds) and our 2 students had their own space. We loved the style and decor and the attention to detail. We'll definitely come back again!

Rented this place to move our daughter into Texas Tech. King sized beds were great, recently remodeled…fun man cave/she shed in the back. Back yard needs new sod, but overall a great place, able to accommodate 3 adult couples, and a couple kiddos.

Great location and amenities for a family stay

My family and I were in town for a football game, so we wanted a place that would fit 8 adults and 2 kids and not be too far away from campus. This place fit the bill perfectly - king beds in 3 of the rooms was awesome, plus the game room in the backyard was a fabulous way the adults could stay up later than the kids and not wake them up. Communication with host was super easy. I will be saving this house for future visits!

We usually stay in hotels but decided to go on a whim and stay here instead. For basically the same price we got to stay in the most comfortable home that had enough space for my family of three and my in-laws. We each had the privacy of our own king size bedrooms and we were also able to provide my in-laws with their own room and bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what we needed

We were in Lubbock due to my wife having surgery at UMC so we needed a home for 6 adults and 2 children that had plenty of space for all of us and was close to the hospital, this home had everything we needed and more and only a 4-5 minute drive to the hospital. It was very clean and comfortable and made our time in Lubbock as pleasant as possible considering the circumstances we were in town.

Christmas Vacation

Our granddaughter couldn’t take off work so we took Christmas and our family to her and spent 4 days in Lubbock. The house was amazing, it was decorated for Christmas which we loved. There was more than enough room for our family (7 people). The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions. Great Lubbock Home

My husband and I took a weekend trip to visit our son who attends Tech - with grandparents and our teen daughter. The property was very clean, fully stocked with everything you need for weekend getaway. You can tell the owners take pride in their vacation rental, from the decor to the bedding to the toiletries. There was nothing more we could have asked for or wanted during our stay. The location was great with a large grocery store kiss minutes away. Finally, all the communication with the host was great.
