The room was clean and quiet. The tub didn’t drain well and the tub faucet leaked pretty bad so there was a musty smell like wet clothes.

Minus the day the water was not available to the whole resort for few hours, Venetian staff were accommodating. We move the location the varieties of food in the resort. The hotel is beautiful and are happy with our stay.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Das Haus ist absolut top! Wirkt alles recht gepflegt, sehr schöne Möbel, Küche wirklich mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Unschön war die Kommunikation: Novasol selbst antwortet mitunter gar nicht auf Anfragen. Unglücklich war auch, dass vor Ort dann plötzlich andere Preise als vertraglich vereinbart ...
