Nhân viên phục vụ nhiệt tình, thân thiện là cứu tinh của nơi này vì phòng ốc đã quá cũ, cảnh quan không được nâng cấp, chăm sóc kĩ lưỡng, resort đang xây mới một số phòng nên nhìn không ăn nhập với kiến trúc tổng thể và làm chật chội không gian chung, không thể gọi là resort. Đồ ăn sáng đơn điệu.

The views are amazing. Nice pool and the little cabanas are cool. The WiFi is pool and the tv does not come in because of it. The shuttle only runs til 5 and the vehicle is an older large truck that does not shelter you from the rain. Breakfast is good but in a land of great coffee they serve instant. They have a big sign by the pool that says they serve dinner til 9 but the restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch. The location is far from town but this would not be a problem if the shuttle ran longer and if the restaurant was open.

Pretty run down, nowhere near a “resort”. If you are there during off season, lots of things not available, such as the breakfast buffet, etc. The family room that we booked was disgusting - very run down, mold on shower curtain, ants everywhere - no air con in main room - but they did move us to a nicer room, which was fine. Just don’t expect a lot. Staff named Ms. Noi was always helpful and polite. One day the Chef had to leave and there was no one there to cook lunch, so Noi made us chicken fried rice and French fries, which was the only thing she could cook. Not very close to town, and if the free shuttle is somewhere else (like picking someone up at the airport) you are out of luck.

직원들이 모두 친절해요. 도심과는 조금 떨어져 있지만, 호텔에서 시간표에 따라 무료 셔틀버스를 운영하고 있어서 움직이기도 편해요. 또한 공항가는 셔틀버스 요청하면 무료로 운행해 줍니다. 조식 메뉴도 매일 바뀌어서 맛있게 먹을 수 있었습니다. 너무 만족한 숙소였습니다!

El recinto es espectacular, exteriormente muy bien cuidado y con una piscina muy agradable, las habitaciones amplias y el baño también amplio. Está alejado del centro, por lo que has de contratar transporte para desplazarte si el transporte que pone el hotel a la disposición de los clientes no coincide con tu horario. En nuestro baño había una fuga de agua, tras comentarlo en varias ocasiones consiguiendo tan solo que pasaran a secar el agua que había por todo el suelo, nos ofrecieron un cambio de habitación, pero eso fue el último día :(

Relax environment

Comfortable, quiet, relax, clean, spacious and well decorated room. Free use of bicycle and several scheduled shuttle bus to city centre which let you enjoy Luang Prabang city. Breakfast is simple and there are not many choices.

Nice hotel but too far from town

Had a five night stay at LP paradise hotel. Room was clean and spacious and the staff were absolutely fabulous. The hotel is close to a few local temples and unfortunately the Monks like to bangs their drums each morning at approx. 3.15 and 4.15am. It is a nice hotel with great staff but I don't think I would stay there again.

Nicest staff I have been around in a long time. From the man who picked us up from the airport to the breakfast ladies, everyone smiled, said hello and would try to help you with anything you needed. The hotel was nice looking and we had a room which had a balcony that overlooked the river. Really couldn't have been much nicer. There was one negative though, it is not very close to downtown, if you don't have a car they provide a shuttle at set times but it isn't as easy to come and go as you might want.

Tres bon hotel, situé bien à l'extérieur du centre de luong prabang, bien au calme. Personnel charmant . Seul gros bémol de l'endroit, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude à la douche. Au lavabo oui mais c'est tout.
