"Easy to get to & nice views"

"I had a pleasant stay at Protea Luanda. The staff are lovely and welcoming, which really made a positive impression. However, the service can be a bit slow at times, especially during busy periods, and the staff could benefit from being more prompt with orders. The bathroom design in the rooms was a bit off, which was a minor inconvenience. "Nice hotel, good food and service throughout. Enjoyed the food at the pool bar and Italian restaurant as well as continental breakfast. The only let down was internet didn’t work on my floor but did for others a few floors below (I was on 14) and when I asked they just said it should work but it wasn’t even showing!"
