"We booked a family room at 12:45 on the same day and arrived at 19:30. Unfortunately, the check-in process was very confusing, you have to check in at another hotel five minutes away, which we weren’t told in advance. "1st room was just renovated but due to foul smell we asked for another room. 2nd room was a bit older but still nice altough it had scaffolding in front of it. Location close to pedestrian street and harbour are a big plus for this place."
