Very Private Cabin Nestled in the Pines with Awesome Views

"Loved the house and area, road in kind of sucked for a one ton truck pulling a 20’ trailer but we did just fine once situated. Very quiet and full of game animals morning and evening ! Mid September and the local elk were all over, burgling and singing their song of fall. Would recommend to any one wanting a very comfortable remote cabin not far from town and the convinces of fuel, bars and great food. You need to check out the area back roads. Beautiful and serine. Huckleberry pickers would also benefit from this place as bushes are plentiful in the surrounding Boise forest. High recommendation from me and my friends. The company that services the rental is very helpful and it is a very pet friendly property! My dog loved watching the deer and turkeys every morning be fore I left for my gold mining claim in close by Placerville. Great place to explore and see the back country of the Boise basin!"

"Cannot complain about anything. Have to just make note that the outside lights outside our door as well and several doors were burned out. It was difficult to see even the room numbers as well as the key placement box on the door. But it’s not a complaint as much as just a note. And I forgot to let the desk clerk know before we left. "

"The cabin was wonderful, and had everything we needed. It has a quaint feel that permeates for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. The main upstairs bed was comfortable, and the fact that we could have our littlest dog with us was just what we needed. The location couldn't be better. It's right across the highway from rafting; it's very near the market; and you could walk into the town of Stanley if you were inclined. Beyond the cabin, the host was exceptional. I accidently forgot to pack my iPad upon our return home and located that I had left it behind at the cabin. She searched for it, found it, and sent it back to me, which truly was a blessing. When you're looking for a place to stay in Stanley, start your search here. You won't be disappointed!"

"House is as advertised. Clean, beautiful property, wonderful views, wildlife, quiet, relaxing. I have nothing but positive to say about this property or the property manager. My work schedule changed last minute and I was able to go to Garden Valley a day early. Unfortunately Doki Dojo was not available when I contacted Ruben but he made some calls and helped us locate a place to stay the first night. Truly a 5 star experience. Im very much looking forward to my next stay at Doki Dojo. "
