"This hotel is aged. Pain peeling, furniture faded and knocked and carpets from a bygone era. Car parking is in the town on a public street which entails carrying luggage a long way to the hotel rail shuttle and then again onto the hotel reception. The rooms are terrible. Very dated. The bed base on the floor with a thin mattress atop a 15cm high base. You don't so much step out of bed when you get above a certain age, as roll out. The bed sagged to so didn't provide comfort. "This is based on family of four 2 preteen children. Likes - 10 minute walk to Jakobson Gondola, close to grocery stores, pharmacy, free above ground parking (if you can find a spot), easy online check in, ski room. Dislikes (for us) - no fridge in room, no kettle/coffee maker, pillows were flat / terrible had to request 4 extra (which hotel quickly provided), alot of road noise from traffic in morning / late evening, can hear everything in hallway on close by rooms. "
