"Dette var 6. gangen vi besøkte Hotel Castell og vi skal tilbake. Detter er en vintage hotel (111 år) med en moderne tvist. Absolutt alt er bra med hotellet for oss som liker Sveits - det er ryddig, servicen er upåklagelig - det er rent og pent, og så lukter det helt fantaskisk av treverket som er brukt i bygget. Flott resturant og bar, samt et fantastisk hammam bad. Alt i flotte omgivelser "

There’s no room service, during the stay they do not clean the room, and for dinner, there’s only a mediocre buffet or an Indian restaurant that’s always full. "We enjoyed our stay at the Piz Buin very much. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast delicious. The hotel has been nicely remodeled and it has that cute modern alpine look. Our room had very little storage space though, there was no room in the bathroom to put a make-up bag down. There was a lot of noise on the street starting at 5am, unloading something with an idling engine."

"Leider führt der Name des Hotels in die Irre. Wir dachten, wir könnten in einem gut ausgestatteten Fitnessbereich Sport machen während die Kinder sich in der Playarea vergnügen. Leider handelt es sich bei dem Fitnessraum im Hotel „Sport“ um einen kleinen schlecht lieblosen Raum. Die Hanteln sind bei den Geräten nicht kompatibel, fehlen zum Teil, die Klammern zum Fixieren sind defekt sowie der Turm.
